This website

This site has no account, contact form, advertising scripts, analytics scripts or application cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site. Choosing daylight, evening or night changes an image in your browser and requests that image from the server. We do not record or persist your selection in application storage.

Hosting infrastructure processes technical information, such as your IP address and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. This site is hosted on Taras Frank's server infrastructure. Its application-level nginx access logging is disabled; infrastructure security and error logs may still contain technical information.

The app's current design

The current Unity implementation stores island notes, letter progress, settings and an arrival-view preference in a local save on your device. No account or app-managed cloud sync is implemented. System device backups may include the local save according to your settings.

The island uses the device's clock and time zone for its light and tide. It does not use your location to calculate sunrise. Holding to breathe is a touch interaction; it does not record your microphone or measure your breathing.

Before the App Store release

We are verifying the generated native app, Unity engine privacy manifests, required-reason API declarations and release-player data behavior. Final app privacy disclosures will be published here and in the App Store before release. This prerelease page is not a claim that the final app collects no data.

If you email support, Taras Frank receives the email address and information you choose to send through the email service. That information is used to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for your question.
